Implant to be analysed by the To The Stars Academy

The A.D.A.M. Project

On 26 July 2018, the To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science (TTSA) announced the commencement of their A.D.A.M. Project (short for Acquisition & Data Analysis of materials.) This project was stated to be “…an Academic Research Program Focused on Exotic Materials for Technology Innovation.”

EarthTech International

On 16 August 2018, a contract was established between TTSA and EarthTech International Incorporated, regarding the analysis of such exotic materials. This contract was set out in the TTSA semi-annual report for the period ended 30 June 2018, under the title “Material Study-Set A (MSSA.) The purpose of the contract was to “outsource…all analysis and experiments for the Materials Analysis-Set A (MSSA.)” The program funding was capped at US$35,000.

Luis Elizondo

On 27 October 2018, Luis Elizondo of the TTSA, gave a talk in Rome. One of the slides he used to illustrate the talk, was titled “What is happening now with TTSA?” and showed a composite image of 12 sub-images of what appear to be physical “samples”of some kind. Elizondo stated “These are actual photographs of material in our possession.” It was rumoured at that time, that one of the physical “samples” which had been collected under the A.D.A.M. program, was in fact an “implant.” However, nothing further came to light about this “implant.”

Chase Kloetzke

On 22 January 2019, Jack Brewer, who writes “The UFO Trail”blog, presented a piece about the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON.) Included in the lengthy blog post,  were details of an exchange of emails between Brewer, and the MUFON Director of Investigations, Chase Kloetzke. In an email dated 19 January 2019, Kloetzke wrote:

“This implant is a case out of Oklahoma. The witness remains confidential and the case sits in the Special Assignment team because of the witness request. He is Army Retired. I will not discuss any details about this as I am under obligation of honor.  However, the implant has maintained the providence and the chain of custody will pass scrutiny. Nothing is hidden on this document…”

In another email dated 21 January 2019, Kloetzke added:

“The artifact that is still under review and confidential as per the witness’ request…The artifact was picked up by A.D.A.M. This is a TV show that is also under a non-disclosure agreement. The artifact did go to a lab but it was quickly learned that the lab would not be able to analyse further…”

Brewer asked Kloetzke “to clarify if she was confirming or denying the artifact/alleged implant was turned over to AATIP and/or TTSA. She replied:

“No. It was never turned over to TTSA or AATIP but it was Lue Elizondo with the production company from A&E that picked it up for transport. The ownership and analysis remained in the name of MUFON, in fact A.D.A.M., TTSA nor AATIP know nothing of the details of the implant and are NOT briefed on any results. The results and full report will be released by the original lead investigators in Oklahoma and the Special Assignment Team.”

My comment here is; if the implant was picked up by Lue Elizondo, under the A.D.A.M. project, then it was indeed heading to TTSA for analysis. This conclusion is consistent with TTSA marketing material, which stated that the A.D.A.M project was to collect, and analyse,such unusual materials. It would therefore appear that the rumour that one of the physical “samples” was an “implant;” was true. We await test results.
